My little girls, Esther (2 1/2) and Ruthie (1) love their Herbalife Strawberry shakes when they get up from their naps every day! Favorite Shake Recipes

I absolutely LOVE the Dutch Chocolate, the Cafe Latte, and the Wild Berry shake mixes! I've experimented with mixing flavors. The Cafe Latte is delicious mixed with the French Vanilla. A handful of frozen blueberries is also yummy in the Dutch Chocolate! Frozen fruits add great variety, especially when you're having more than 1 shake a day to lose weight. I don't like having the exact same thing over and over. Herbalife has a good selection of shake mix flavors!
