I never liked the idea of dieting. I didn't want to feel like a prisoner, not able to eat what I wanted or when I wanted. H3O!

I started having my husband, Dan, drink H3O a few weeks back because he always seemed overly-worn out after work. He absolutely loves it, and feels so much better. Favorite Shake Recipes

I absolutely LOVE the Dutch Chocolate, the Cafe Latte, and the Wild Berry shake mixes! I've experimented with mixing flavors. The Cafe Latte is delicious mixed with the French Vanilla. Need More Energy?

Life has been so stressful since having our 3rd baby this past December! It seems we're always tired and groggy in the morning. I started taking some vitamins and supplements from Herbalife.
