Male Factor

My husband, Dan, loves his Male Factor vitamin! He works hard on the farm, so that extra boost of energy and stamina does wonders for him. Favorite Shake Recipes

I absolutely LOVE the Dutch Chocolate, the Cafe Latte, and the Wild Berry shake mixes! I've experimented with mixing flavors. The Cafe Latte is delicious mixed with the French Vanilla. A handful of frozen blueberries is also yummy in the Dutch Chocolate! Frozen fruits add great variety, especially when you're having more than 1 shake a day to lose weight.
